REGISTRATION IS NOW LIVE for the Paddle Battle ROYALE Pickleball Tournament hosted by District 8 & the Catholic Community Foundation of Waterloo Region Inc., held Saturday October 26, 2024 at Monsignor Doyle CSS.
The ROYALE will be a team event of six people on each team and players will play with different partners on their team. Team members will need to be ranked 1 through 6 and will play against other teams throughout the event; i.e. Team Red 1 & 3 versus Team Blue 1 & 3. The next match may be Team Red 3 & 4 versus Team Blue 3 & 4 but everyone will play equally.
REGISTRATION: You can register as an individual, or up to a full team of six. Anyone who does not register as a full team will be matched up into a team before the tournament. Players are not required to be employees of WCDSB. All skill levels welcome. Players/Teams will have the option of entering the Beginner/Intermediate OR Intermediate/Advanced event. All Participants must be 19 years of age or older. Registration is $40 per person.
PAYMENT: After this registration is completed, a link for payment will be emailed to the registrants. Payment can be completed as a team or individual. Registration will only be final once payment is completed.
Proceeds will support the District 8 Athletic Association and the Catholic Community Foundation of Waterloo Region Inc.
